Mission:

Responsible for policy formulation, planning, programming, oversight, and representation for counterintelligence (CI), human intelligence (HUMINT), security countermeasures (SCM), and the development of policy formulation, planning, oversight, and representation for technology transfer, foreign disclosure, and the Foreign Liaison Officers (FLO) Proram activities of the DCS, G-2 and the Army. Executes DCS ARSTAFF responsibility for the overall coordination of CI, HUMINT, SCM, and for the overall coordination of technology transfer, foreign disclosure, and FLO Program activities with the Army, DoD, and the interagency process.
