Headquarters Department of Army, Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS, G-2), Intelligence Personnel Management Office (IPMO), currently is compiling an initial database of personnel who have satisfied ICAP or ICAP-equivalent rotational assignments. It is recognized that many individuals have already fulfilled or are fulfilling an ICAP equivalent assignment. Credit will be given for ICAP equivalent assignments begun on or after 1 October 1986. Individuals who believe they meet the equivalency criteria through either rotational or permanent career assignments should submit an application for ICAP-equivalent credit. Validated Army applications will be forwarded to the ICO/ICAP Executive Secretariat based on their call for submissions. The IPMO will notify all applicants of the disposition of their applications upon completion of the approval process.
