Officer (FLO) Program Mission Statement:
Administer, manage, and execute the
establishment, assignment, and functional
requirements of those foreign government
personnel (military member or civilian employee)
who are authorized by his or her government, and
are certified by a DA component in connection
with programs, projects or agreements of mutual
interest to the United States Army and their
parent governments.
