  • All fingerprint cards must be mailed directly to the PSI-CoE effective 16 April 2012. Childcare fingerprint cards must also be mailed to PSI-CoE. (Read more)

  • Please send any questions or concerns regarding the new fingerprint policy to the PSI-CoE Fingerprint Team at: usarmy.apg.inscom.mbx.psip-fingerprints@mail.mil

  • All PSIP requesters must have a valid CAC card and AKO email address to access the PSIP website.

  • The 2010 SF86 was implemented Jan 2012. This new form implements branching questions and requires that a Fair Credit Reporting Disclosure and Authorization Form be completed in addition to the Certification and General Release forms
