||SSG JAMES K. DORCELY
HOMETOWN: Atlanta, GA
SSG Dorcely assisted the DCGS-A contractor during reset training with his key insight and field
tested experience. His knowledge also contributed to architecture development designs for using DCGS-A
during conventional warfare. During Yama Sakura ’63, SSG Dorcely tailored the database management process
to support dynamic functioning. During the Division CPX, SSG Dorcely worked with the FSE to develop an
alternative method for performing DCGS-A functions outside the constraints of its basic infrastructure.
PFC NOAH JOSHUA BENNETT HARMS
HOMETOWN: Sturgis, SD

DCGS-A ease-of-use analysis. PFC Harms’ knowledge of the system was critical to the
division’s success during Yama Sakura ‘63 and also in preparation for the Division CPX.
