SSG JAMES K. DORCELY
HOMETOWN: Atlanta, GA

SSG Dorcely assisted the DCGS-A contractor during reset training with his key insight and field
tested experience. His knowledge also contributed to architecture development designs for using DCGS-A
during conventional warfare. During Yama Sakura ’63, SSG Dorcely tailored the database management process
to support dynamic functioning. During the Division CPX, SSG Dorcely worked with the FSE to develop an
alternative method for performing DCGS-A functions outside the constraints of its basic infrastructure.

PFC NOAH JOSHUA BENNETT HARMS
HOMETOWN: Sturgis, SD
AGE: 19
PFC Harms mastered the DCGS-A system during reset training. During this training he also
assisted other Soldiers in grasping complicated concepts. PFC Harms provided innovative
ideas for fielding new equipment to the Division and his input was also incorporated into
DCGS-A ease-of-use analysis. PFC Harms’ knowledge of the system was critical to the
division’s success during Yama Sakura ‘63 and also in preparation for the Division CPX.
PFC Harms is always ready to take on any task necessary and provide assistance to any
Soldiers who may need it.
