DSS continues its effort to advance the professionalization of security professionals across the DoD. The information found in the attached
brochure includes Graduate level courses now offered by the Defense Security Service, CDSE, designed for mid to high-level personnel who possess
the SPēD Security Fundamentals Professional Certification.
The DSS Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) has developed
diagnostic tests. Diagnostic Test contains questions that are similar to the
SFPC assessment questions. The diagnostic test also groups its questions by
topic area to assist students in identify areas of strengths and weaknesses. and
questions are grouped by topic area. The diagnostic test and training materials
