Antiterrorism Level II Training
The Force Protection Training Division, under the direction of the United States Army Military Police School (USAMPS), Fort Leonard Wood,
Missouri, conducts the Antiterrorism/Force Protection Level II training outlined below. The two training courses provide a comprehensive
Force Protection package for Department of Defense (DoD) personnel who have the responsibility for Force Protection. Both courses are Level II
training, just designed for different level of responsibilities.
DoD agencies who desire training in the courses should meet the prerequisites and coordinate directly with their supporting Army Training
Requirement and Resource System (ATRRS) coordinator for quotas.
Antiterrorism Officer Basic Course - To train and prepare brigade level and below personnel assigned as Unit Antiterrorism Officers in
their roles and responsibilities to be an advisor to the Commander as well as providing Antiterrorism awareness training to their unit.
Antiterrorism Officer Advance Course - The ATO Advance course encompasses training students in the roles and responsibilities of an
Antiterrorism Officer. Training includes developing an installation/FOB AT plan; an AT exercise; an installation/FOB RAM program;
coordinating for antiterrorism resource requirements, construction project plan for AT standards, reviewing a contract statement of
work for antiterrorism considerations, crisis communications (PAO) and legal considerations.

Antiterrorism Level II Refresher Training Guidance
The following instructions are for personnel who have previously completed the Level II training provided by USAMPS and require refresher training. These instructions (provided by USAMPS) will take you to the refresher training. For additional information or for any questions you may have, please contact Ms. Eva Jones at

- Log on to: https://www.blackboard.wood.army.mil/
- A webpage may pop up that says "There is a problem with this website's security certificate". Click, continue to this website.
- A pop up window may appear that says, "The name of this site does not match the name on the certificate. Do you want to continue?" Click yes.
- Click on the AT Refresher Training Course link underneath the MP School Crest. There will be two login buttons. Click the
"CAC" login using your CAC, then login using your AKO login.
- Log on with AKO username and password. It does not give an option for CAC login so you must have an AKO password.
- Click the Courses tab in the upper right corner of the webpage.
- Click Browse Course Catalog.
- In the blank space provided, type in antiterrorism and click go.
- The Antiterrorism Level II Refresher Training will be listed. On the left side of the screen there will be a drop down box adjacent to T-MP-ATO-open-0109. Click the drop down box and click enroll.
- Type in the Access Code: 2145e
- The next screen will inform you that you are successfully enrolled in the course. Click Ok.
- Click the tab on the left that says, "dL Courseware".
- Click on the hyperlink, "Click to Launch"
** (If the screen view shows the items on the page as "miniatures" look at the browser, if the browser displays a torn page icon, click onto the torn page icon in the browser and the page should show as normal).
- Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the training.
Army e-Learning
At no cost to the individual or their organization, all
active duty soldiers, members of the National Guard or Reserves,
Department of the Army civilian employees, and USMA and ROTC
cadets are authorized to access over 1,500 Information
Technology, Business Skills, and Interpersonal Skills courses
from any location, around the clock (24/7). All you have to do
to use Army e-Learning is get an Army Knowledge Online (AKO)
account and complete your registration through ATRRS (you do NOT
need an ATRRS Logon id/Account to register). Browse the Army

The Defense Cyber Investigations Training Academy (DCITA)

Defense Institute of Security Assistance Management (DISAM)
The International Programs Security Requirements course

and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). The

Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC)
The FLETC serves as an interagency law enforcement
training organization for 88 Federal agencies. The FLETC also
provides services to state, local, tribal, and international law
enforcement agencies. The FLETC is headquartered at Glynco, Ga.,
near the port city of Brunswick, halfway between Savannah, Ga.,
and Jacksonville, Fla.

George Mason University Center for Secure Information Systems
The Information Assurance Scholarship Program provides
full scholarship support to selected undergraduate, graduate,
and doctoral students seeking degrees and graduate certificates
in information assurance disciplines. Support includes tuition,
a stipend, a paid part-time internship, and full-time employment
following graduation. During breaks in their academic studies,
Information Assurance Scholars will receive progressive,
hands-on experience in information security internships at
Department of Defense agencies. In return, scholars must agree
to some restrictions and obligations regarding curriculum, GPA
and post-program employment. If all conditions are met,

The National Security Education Program (NSEP) is a

The National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) Training and
Education Services offers options for traditional stand-up
training, lectures, and specialized briefings. Some of the
courses/briefings are held at the NRO Headquarters, while other
services require an NRO employee travelling to your site to
deliver the training or present an educational briefing.
Employees wishing to request NRO training products may fill out

NSA National Cryptologic School (NCS)
The National Cryptologic School is the National Security
Agency's (NSA) professional academic institution. The NCS

The United States Air Force Special Operations School
